Course Outline

Learn Transcendental Meditation in less than 7 hours!

Join me on my Transcendental Meditation course and learn the easiest form of meditation in less than 7 hours, split over 3 days*.

Here’s what you’ll learn:

Day One – The Mind (One hour)

Z

Learn how to meditate straight away, so you can begin benefitting immediately

Z

I will guide you through the meditation and I’ll check that you’re able to do it properly

Z

In your first hour, I will introduce you to your mantra and show you how to use it

Z

You’ll leave our first session knowing how to meditate and be able to put it into practice.

Day Two – The Body (Three hours)

We’ll begin by checking how you’re getting on with your meditation. I’ll answer any questions that may have come up since your first session

We’ll meditate together again. I’ll be able to check you’re using your mantra correctly and advise on any adjustments needed

Then we’ll look at the science behind Transcendental Meditation. I’ll break down how it works to clear stress from your nervous system

We’ll also look at thoughts in meditation – you’ll learn that thoughts are OK!

Day Three – The Spirit (Three hours)

In this final session, we’ll explore the history of Transcendental Meditation, its benefits and how to maximise its use to fulfil your potential.

We’ll meditate together again to consolidate all that you’ve learned.

You’ll leave with a spring in your step and a new skill that gives you the ability to transform your life!

*These can be consecutive days or split over several weeks. We’ll arrange mutually convenient dates when you book. We’ll also have a ‘getting to know you’ chat before you start the course, so I can tailor the specifics to you.
